📚 Eligibility Criteria (Highlights)
✅ Language Requirement: All candidates must have passed Punjabi at the matriculation level.
🔹 Project Director
- Education: First-class B.Tech/MCA
- Experience: Govt/PSU/Board with 10+ years in IT & Land Records projects
- Salary: ₹1,75,000 – ₹2,00,000/month
🔹 Director (HR)
- Education: MBA (PhD in Management preferred)
- Experience: 6+ years in government sector HR roles
- Salary: ₹1,50,000 – ₹1,75,000/month
🔹 Additional CISO
- Education: Bachelor’s in IT/Cybersecurity + certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.)
- Experience: 5+ years in IT security
- Salary: ₹1,50,000 – ₹1,75,000/month
🔹 Web Designer / Database Admin
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Web Design or Computer Science
- Experience: 6+ years
- Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹75,000/month
🔹 Advisor
- Eligibility: Retired PCS/Grade-1 Officer with 7–10 years in govt sector
- Age Limit: 65 years
- Salary: Last Pay Drawn minus Pension or ₹60,000 consolidated
🔹 District System Manager (DSM)
- Education: B.Tech/MCA with 60% or M.Tech (no experience required)
- Experience: 1 year (except M.Tech)
- Salary: ₹35,000/month + training stipend
🔹 Assistant System Manager (ASM)
- Education: First-class Diploma in CS/IT or BCA
- Experience: 1 year
- Salary: ₹20,000/month
🔹 Financial Controller
- Education: SAS Certified / Chartered Accountant
- Experience: 20 years in government sector
- Salary: ₹65,000 or Last Pay minus Pension
🔹 Programmer
- Education: B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (IT/CS)
- Experience: 2+ years
- Skills: Java, Python, AngularJS, PostgreSQL, Linux
- Salary: ₹35,000/month
🔹 Data Entry Operator
- Education: Graduate + Typing 30 wpm (English & Punjabi)
