About the Role

As a Retail Sales Executive (Sales Associate), you’ll be the face of Lenskart, responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience and achieving sales targets. You will guide walk-in customers, promote free eye check-ups, and assist them in selecting the best eyewear products suited to their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Promote free eye check-ups and guide customers to the in-store clinic.
• Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and stock levels.
• Operate the POS system and handle transactions efficiently.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and optometrist input.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage product deliveries, returns, and coordinate with the warehouse.
• Maintain the hygiene and display standards of the Lenskart store.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers
• Customer-oriented and target-driven mindset
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn new things
